The boundaries of the area represented by SGNA begin at the intersection of Liberty Road SE and Kuebler Boulevard SE, then south along the center line of Liberty Road to the city limits, then east along the southern city limits to its intersection with the center line of I-5, then north along the center line of I-5 to the intersection with Kuebler Boulevard, then west along the center line of Kuebler Boulevard to the starting point. All areas of the SGNA are inside Salem’s city limits.
