Hazardous road conditions exist where Woodside Dr and Fabry come together at a sharp 90 degree corner west of S Commercial. The street is extremely narrow through the first block after the sharp turn. The problem is made worse by apt occupants ignoring current no parking signs on both sides of the street. The street is designed to have two lines of opposing traffic at once, but with people parking on the north side of the street next to the ditch, two lanes of traffic is impossible. With the start of school, and a recent incident involving a school bus having to maneuver to get through posses a problem to student safety and having to walk through parked cars and oncoming traffic. The street is simply too narrow to allow parking on either side of the st for the first block after the sharp turn. I contacted the city and they agree with my observations. They asked me to start with my neighborhood association. I talked to Dave Kinney with the city of Salem and he asked that you forward meeting minutes of this issue to his email address at dkinney@cityofsalem.net, so the city could look at the problem. Please advise me on if this is the correct outlet for a concerned citizen to take. Thank you for your time.
    Tim
